To Order Online:

Ordering online is easy! Simply click on the "ADD TO CART " links located with each listing for the products, readings or classes you wish to purchase. When you check out your order, you will be given the opportunity to pay by Visa, Mastercard, Cheque/Money Order or Gift Certificate. Credit Card information is collected using Mal's Commerce's easy and secure SSL system.

Please allow up to 24 hours to process your payment. Please also note that prices on your invoice will be shown in Canadian dollars. Your credit card statement will show the Canadian price converted into your own currency, and the vendor will display as "Odyssey Books & Resource Centre. "

To Order by Telephone:

Ordering by telephone, along with online ordering, is the quickest way to receive your shipment or download access. We accept Visa and Mastercard over the telephone.

PLEASE NOTE: CANADIAN FUNDS MONEY ORDERS can be conveniently purchased at your local Post Office.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated by the weight of the products you order and vary according to shipping address. After entering your region of residence, click on the "Recalculate" button to see what the shipping cost will be. You can do this before entering any payment information.

We have calculated the shipping costs based on Canada Post's current fee schedule. If it actually costs LESS to ship your order, we will charge you the lower rate. We do not charge a handling fee.

You may also elect to pick your online order up at the store. To do this, choose the "Pickup at store" option from the drop down list in the shopping cart, then click on the "Recalculate" button at the bottom of the form. In this case, you will not be charged shipping. We will prepare your order, process your payment, and advise you when your order is ready to be picked up.

Currency Issues:

Exchange rates fluctuate. Please use the "Convert Currency" link to calculate how much these Canadian dollar amounts will be in your own currency.

Your invoice will show the cost in Canadian funds, but these will be converted to your own currency on your credit card statements.

How to Claim Members' Discounts Online:

To claim your Members' discount on online orders, simply type MEMBER in the voucher field on your shopping cart page and then click the "Recalculate" button. Please be aware of the following conditions:

  1. Your order must only contain the item(s) that are on special. If you wish to order additional items that are not covered by the Members' special, please create a separate order.
  2. Presently, we do not have a means to automatically verify your Membership status online. When we receive your order we will confirm that your Membership is current. If your Membership has expired you will be contacted before your payment is processed to see if you would like us to add the $10.00 annual renewal fee to your order. In this way you will be able to take advantage of the exclusive specials we offer to our Members each month. If you are not a Member or your Membership has expired and you would like to purchase an annual Membership online, please Click here. After you have submitted your order for a Membership, you may safely use the Members' discount for this month's special.
  3. If there are any adjustments that need to be made to the total amounts on your order after verifying items #1 and 2, we will contact you by email to advise you of these adjustments before processing your payment.

When ordering, it is very important that you provide correct information so that we can process your order easily and efficiently. Be sure to include your correct email address so that we can contact you if there is any problem with your order.

Privacy:

We will not sell your personal information to any third party, and you will receive no further contact from us unless you opt to be on our mailing list. We also do not keep a database, other than our email list, so your information will not be stored on our system. We treasure our own privacy; we value yours as well.

Credit card information is collected online using an SSL secure server provided by Mal's eCommerce.

Cancellations/Returns/Refunds:

Orders for shipped products are mailed every morning, Monday to Saturday. You can cancel an order as long as it has not already been shipped. Please contact us and indicate your wish to cancel. Please be sure to note your order number in the appropriate field.

We will accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Items must be in their original condition and in original packaging, where applicable. In the unlikely event that you have some kind of problem with your product, please contact us. In case of returns, we will ship out a replacement, or simply refund your purchase price (less shipping and handling), depending upon which you prefer, (after we receive your returned product.) Refunds or replacements will not be made for scratched, abused, damaged or tampered with goods.

Class Registration:

Registering online for a class or reading does not guarantee space in that class. We will always confirm with you over the phone or through email that you have been successfully registered in a class. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
